1. Property Management Service:

a. Buildings together with contiguous backyard areas constituting the municipal property of the municipality, listed in Annex No 1 to the Agreement;

b. Private property managed by the municipality of the city of Ozorków on the basis of carrying out other cases without an order, as specified in Annex 2 to the contract;

c. residential premises owned by the Contracting Authority in the buildings of residential communities according to Annex 3 to the contract (without parts of common buildings and backyard areas for the management of which separate contracts are concluded by residential communities).
