This construction project involves conversions in the portfolio of properties of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) in the city center of Munich.

The conversions concern a building over 4 floors plus attic (technical center) and parts of the basement and a large part of the basement in the listed neighboring property. The building and laboratory technology will be renewed, including the associated offices and lounges for professors, doctoral candidates, students and other employees.

As part of a feasibility study, it was worked out that the requirements regarding laboratory and other premises could be implemented on the available areas of the two buildings.

The space program comprises approx. 1,400 m2 NF 1-7, of which approx. 750 m2 NF is highly installed laboratory space.

Performances from the performance profile

Object planning building according to §§ 33-37 HOAI,

in service phases 2-9 without 4 in fee zone IV (basic fee rate).

Gradual commissioning is planned.
