The object of this tender is the award by the Consortium Parque de las Ciencias del

administrative contract relating to the provision of the Maintenance and Maintenance Service

of the gardening of the Science Park.

The Science Park is located on a plot with an approximate area of 70,000 m2, of which 27,000 m2 are outdoor spaces where gardens, forests, meadows, ponds, etc. are located. These green spaces require comprehensive gardening maintenance. In addition, dispersed in different interior locations a series of interior decoration plants are maintained that should be considered part of the collection to be maintained.

In general, and without prejudice to what is set out in subsequent clauses of the tender specifications, the actions involved in the award of the tender will be those of the provision of the gardening service of the different spaces of the Science Park.

In any case, the gardening service must cover all the needs of the Consortium, including all spaces, both interior and exterior, and facilities of the Center with the exception of the BioDome Pavilion, included in another contract for its specialty. In order to prepare their proposal, interested parties may make appropriate visits to the facilities after arranging the corresponding appointment.

The winning company must guarantee, and this will be required, the necessary operational capacity to adapt to the specific modifications implied by the development of the Museum's own activity, as well as that the service is covered during the time established in these Specifications.
