The subject of the contract is the service of servicing high-energy digital linear accelerators with integrated systems from Elekta. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial bids to be submitted. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to the swz. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 5 to the swz.
