The assignment includes the supply contract for the establishment of new supply lines for district heating, utility water, electricity and cables for 505 farmhouses at Vridsløselille Andelsboligforening, divisions VA4 Syd and VA4 Nord, administered by BO-VEST, Housing Cooperation at Vestegnen, Stationsparken 37, 2600 Glostrup. VA4 Syd and VA4 Nord are located in the Quarter along Kongsholm Alle, 2620 Albertslund. Included in the assignment is the establishment of supply lines from existing main supplies located outside the residential area, main and street lines inside the residential area, and up to and including power lines for the individual farmhouses. Included in the assignment is also the establishment of pedestal insulation on the lines along the new supply traces. When new supply lines have been established, the housing association will continue with building renovations under the second framework.

The task is the second stage in connection with the renovation of a total of 1 005 farmhouses in Albertslund Syd, where the first stage supply contract was completed in early 2018.

The supply contract includes construction and pipe work incl. supply of pipe materials and components, as well as plant and socket insulation work on parts of the farmhouses located along the new supply traces.
