The Procurement Services of the City of Kaarina solicits offers for textbooks and ancillary materials.

The acquisition includes two subsets:

- Subset 1 Textbooks and ancillary materials for elementary schools

- Subset 2 Textbooks and ancillary materials for the 2nd degree

An offer may be made from one or both subsets.

Subset 2 includes both K and J learning materials.

Acquisition concerns the acquisition of textbooks as well as ancillary materials. The purchase of electronic material is possible as an option, as required by the subscriber.

The total estimated value of VAT free of the acquisition is approximately EUR 800 000/year. The acquisition does not commit to a specific amount of procurement during the contract period, but the products are ordered according to the needs of the contracting entities.

A framework agreement on procurement is concluded with one supplier per sub-entity. The contract period is 1.10.2023 (target)–30.9.2024. The contract may be extended by the client's decision for an option period of one (1) year.
