The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and development (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from all owners of inhabited property, including mixed-use properties (i.e. real estate, in part of which are real estate, of which residents reside, and in parts of the property where the inhabitants do not reside, and municipal waste is created) and properties on which there are cottages and other properties used during part of the year for recreational and leisure purposes located in the the municipality of Krzęcin, according to the obligatory provisions of law.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and development (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from all owners of inhabited property, including mixed-use properties (i.e. real estate, in part of which are real estate, of which residents reside, and in parts of the property where the inhabitants do not reside, and municipal waste is created) and properties on which there are cottages and other properties used during part of the year for recreational and leisure purposes located in the the municipality of Krzęcin, according to the obligatory provisions of law.

The scope of the order also includes:

1) making available a point of selective collection of municipal waste (hereinafter as “PSZOK”) for the purposes of the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of the property located in the municipality of Krzęcin, which will be at a distance of not more than 60 km from the seat of the Municipality Office Frucings;

2) Equipment of real estate inhabited in single-family and homestead buildings, mixed-family properties and properties on which there are cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes in bags for selective collection municipal waste;

3. Equipment of properties residing in multi-family buildings and mixed-family properties with containers for selective collection of municipal waste;

4) Equipment of the contracting authority with containers for expired medicines and drug packaging and used batteries and batteries;

5) organise twice a year collection of large-sized waste in the territory of the municipality of Krzęcin;

6) keeping records related to the execution of the order.
