The notice consists of the supply of transmission towers made of steel to be delivered in Belgium. Construction on site is out of scope. Painting is out of scope for general project but Elia reserves the right to request if for exceptional projects. There are 3 lots based on the lowest mean angles of the lattice tower:

Lot one: lowest mean Angles

Lot two: L120< lowest mean Angels>L200

Lot three: lowest mean Angles > L200

A maximum of 5 candidates for each lot will be selected for the establishment of a framework agreement. After the establishment of a framework agreement minicompetitions will be organized to award the contracts per project (with an awarding score taking into account the commercial, price and technical scores). For all lots, if there are not at least 3 candidates fulfilling all selection criteria, the Contracting party reserves the right to either cancel the lot or to select the best ranked non-selected suppliers to reach 3 suppliers.
