The city of Hennef (Sieg) has decided that a bicycle station should be built on Place Le Pecq, in Humperdinckstraße, 53773 Hennef (Sieg) south of Hennef (Sieg) station.

The bicycle station will consist of an underground part that will provide a safe and fully automated parking facility for up to approx. 430 bicycles, the access ramp for which will be located at Place le Pecq. The exit is to be converted into a staircase in the direction of the railway underpass and integrated.

The bicycle shop, including other mobility services, is planned to be a single-storey shop on Place Le Pecq. The operator concept is attached to the tender documents attached to the plants. The building must be equipped with a flat roof and green roof as well as a PV system. In addition, glass light diffusers are to be integrated on Place Le Pecq.

The subject of this invitation to tender is the planning services required for the bicycle parking spaces, namely:

Lot 1 will provide the planning services in accordance with the scope of services for object planning for buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 of the HOAI in service phases 1 - 9;

with Lot 2: Planning services for the technical equipment HLS, electrical and conveyor systems in plant groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 in service phases 1 - 9 according to §§ 53, 55 HOAI;

with Lot 3: Structural engineering services according to § 51 HOAI service phases 1 - 6

by way of a step-by-step assignment.

With Lot 1, the planning services are provided in accordance with the scope of services for object planning for buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 of the HOAI in service phases 1 - 9.

It is currently assumed that the construction costs for the bicycle station are as follows.

With Lot 2, the planning services will be awarded in accordance with the scope of services for technical equipment, § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 of the HOAI in service phases 1 - 9, plant groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8.

A feasibility study has been carried out, which is part of the tender documents. The city has opted for option 2, which is included in the feasibility study. This variant 2 provides for a partially underground implementation.

It is currently assumed that the construction costs for the technical equipment of the bicycle station are as follows.
