AUA.3 Orientation on the project and mission
The following sub-areas are covered by the procurement:
1. Fire safety The tender area includes, for example, services such as: fire investigation & fire design in the preparation of procurement documents and construction documents according to Järfällahus' technical requirements and guidelines for maintenance, new, alteration and extension of Järfällahus properties and buildings, as well as advice. Performance of fire alarm technical investigations, inspections, inventories on site in Järfällahus' properties and premises may also be included.
2. The electricity and Data Tender area includes, for example, services such as: investigation and design in the preparation of procurement documents as well as construction documents according to Järfällahus' technical requirements and guidelines for maintenance, new, renovation and extension of Järfällahus properties and premises. Carrying out electrical, computer and telecommunications investigations as well as on-site inventories in Järfällahus' properties and premises may also be included.
3. VentilationThe tender area includes, for example, services such as: design, investigation and preparation of procurement documents as well as construction documents in ventilation and sanitary technology for new, remodeling and extensions of Järfällahus properties and premises.
4. The elevator tender area includes, for example, services such as: investigation and design in the preparation of procurement documents as well as construction documents according to Järfällahus' technical requirements and guidelines for maintenance, new, remodeling and extension. Performance of project management, investigations, on-site inventories in Järfällahus' properties and premises may also be included.
5. Controls and rules The tender area includes, for example, services such as: investigation and design of control and regulation equipment and preparation of procurement documents for execution / turnkey contracting, but also other forms of contracting may be included.
6. Project manager The tender area includes, for example, services such as: Leading the design of projects in close cooperation with the Client's project manager, establishing and updating the design schedule, leading design meetings, keeping minutes, drawing up a meeting plan and being responsible for co-review. Lead the design team forward and create a good collaborative climate in the design team, ensure that all designers follow the client's process manuals and templates for rebuilding, ensure that the necessary meetings with the designers involved and authorities are carried out.
Please note that the above list is only examples of existing tasks and that all the usual tasks for performing consulting services for each subarea.
The consultant must start the ordered assignment within three (3) calendar weeks from the client's call-off.
For each individual assignment, a written order and assignment confirmation from the consultant must be drawn up.
