The purpose of the tender is to contract the maintenance of verges and waterways from 1.3.2021 within the working area of the contracting authorities.

The contracting authorities that cooperate in this tendering procedure are: Staatsbosbeheer West-Brabant, municipalities of Alphen-Chaam, Baarle-Nassau, Gilze en Rijen, Bergen op Zoom, Dongen, Drimmelen, Etten-Leur, Geertruidenberg, Moerdijk, Roosendaal, Rucphen, Steenbergen, Zundert and the Brabant Delta water board.

Secretariat of this tendering procedure is the Brabantse Delta Water Board, hereinafter referred to as WBD.

There are ten (10) lots. The lots are divided geographically.

- lot 4: Marquisate,

- lot 5: Turf valley,

- lot 6: Aa or Weerijs,

- lot 7: The Mark,

- lot 8: Upper market,

- lot 9: Upper Donge,

- Lot 10: Lower Donge.
