The subject of the contract is the purchase of gaseous fuel - natural gas for residential buildings at 109 and 111 W. Pileckiego Street in Warsaw, intended for heating purposes used by households.
The subject of the contract is: purchase of gaseous fuel – high-methane natural gas group E with the code: CN 2711 21 00 and its delivery at a pressure not lower than 1.6 kPa to the installation located in a gas heating plant owned by the Ordering Party in a municipal residential building in Warsaw at 109 W. Pileckiego Street and at 111 W. Pileckiego Street, intended for heating purposes used by households.
The Ordering Party shall indicate the following points of collection of gaseous fuel:
Gas consumption point 1. purchase of gas fuel – high-methane natural gas group E and its delivery to the gas heating plant in the municipal residential building at 109 W. Pileckiego Street
in Warsaw.
Gas consumption point 2. purchase of gas fuel – high-methane natural gas group E and its delivery to the gas heating plant in a municipal residential building at 111 rtm. W. Pileckiego Street
in Warsaw.
Gas-fired heating plants serving a multi-unit residential building at 109 W. Pileckiego Street and 111 W. Pileckiego Street in Warsaw, belonging to the resources of the Ursynów District m.st Warsaw, are connected to the gas network belonging to the distribution system operator, Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., 16 Wojciech Bandrowskiego Street, 33-100 Tarnów.
Gaseous fuel supplied to devices (boilers) installed in a residential building will be used for heating purposes in order to heat utility water throughout the year and heat the building outside the summer period for households.
The contractual capacity of the heating plant is:
for the heating plant at 109 W. Pileckiego Street – 219.00 kWh/h (20 m3/h),
for the heating plant at 111 W. Pileckiego Street – 340.00 kWh/h (31 m3/h).

a) the proposed provisions of the agreement - Annex 3 to the SWZ;
b) price form - Annex 1 to SWZ,
c) description of the subject of the contract together with attachments, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
