Bergen Municipality, c/o the Agency for Sport, in collaboration with the Agency for Schools, would like to procure cycle training service for the schools in Bergen. This is a continuation of the project that was initiated in 2015. Qualified cycle instructors will travel around and visit the schools, as well as hold cycle training in the schools' local area. 

The instructors in cycle training will get wishes from the various schools in Bergen Municipality as regards times and places for training. The use of suitable teaching locations will also be clarified. Number of schools that can be involved: 66. There are now approx. 2900 pupils in the 4th year, and approx. 3020 pupils in the 5th year in the primary schools in Bergen Municipality.

A total of 136 courses will be held; 7.5 hours per course so as to cover all the schools in Bergen Municipality. See annex 001 - programme for the content of the cycle training.

Tenderers must have available cycle equipment and teaching material for pupil groups of up to 30 per course.

The contractual relationship will be regulated by the attached contract with annexes.

The duration will be two (2) years, an option for an extension for a further one (1) year, plus one (1) year, total four (4) years.
