1.The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive cleaning service, consisting in ongoing maintenance of cleanliness and cleaning works in the building and in the external area adjacent to the building of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Warsaw at 30 Wspólna Street, using cleaning agents and chemicals, hygiene products and other necessary materials to perform the subject of the contract.
2.A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract can be found in the draft contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended) persons performing the subject of the contract, including a coordinator supervising personnel (not applicable to persons indicated for window cleaning).
4. The Contractor shall be obliged to ensure the participation in the performance of the subject of the contract by at least two disabled persons remaining with the Contractor in an employment relationship. A disabled person should be understood as a person against whom a disability certificate has been issued, in accordance with the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled people (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 100). Employment of every disabled person in the implementation of the subject of the contract should last 24 months.
5. Detailed provisions concerning the employment of persons referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 are set out in the draft agreement.
6. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL.
