The subject of the contract includes "Construction of the infrastructure of the Szczecin Pogodno Stop, extension and reconstruction of Adama Mickiewicza and Kazimierza Twardowskiego streets together with technical infrastructure as part of task 3.2.A: Construction of junctions and transfer stops with devices related to the integration of transport on railway lines 273, 351, 401 and 406 as part of the Construction of the Szczecin Metropolitan Railway using existing sections of railway lines No. 406, 273, 351.

1. The subject of the contract includes "Construction of the infrastructure of the Szczecin Pogodno Stop, extension and reconstruction of Adama Mickiewicza and Kazimierza Twardowskiego streets together with technical infrastructure as part of task 3.2.A: Construction of junctions and transfer stops with devices related to the integration of transport on railway lines 273, 351, 401 and 406 as part of the Construction of the Szczecin Metropolitan Railway using existing sections of railway lines No. 406, 273, 351." in the design and build formula, which includes:

a) verification and updating of the project documentation of all industries received from the Ordering Party, together with supplementing the above-mentioned documentation with missing decisions, documents, opinions and arrangements,

b) obtaining in the name and on behalf of the Ordering Party, based on the design documentation received from the Contracting Authority and updated by the Contractor, the final document enabling construction works to be carried out, in accordance with applicable regulations. A document enabling the conduct of construction works is understood as the final decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment or the final decision on the building permit. In a special case, if it is in accordance with generally applicable regulations, the Ordering Party may allow the investment to be carried out on the basis of a certificate of no objection to the notification of works that do not require a building permit,

c) performing author's supervision in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract attached to the SWZ;

d) execution of construction works: demolition of existing buildings, extension of the viaduct, construction of the exit leading to the southern entrance to the platform of the Szczecin Pogodno Stop, construction of pavement surfaces with strengthening of the escarpment, reconstruction of the rainwater sewerage network, reconstruction of the street lighting network, reconstruction of the overhead contact line, construction of teletechnical cables together with the city monitoring network, construction of the gate fence, construction of small architecture elements (such as: information board, waste bin, bicycle stand, information pylon, bench), felling of trees and shrubs, tree stand management and making a spatial layout of greenery.

Development of Rail Transport outside the TEN-T, priority axis V Development of rail transport in Poland, under the name: "Construction of interchanges and transfer stops with equipment related to the integration of transport, on railway lines 273, 351, 401 and 406 as part of the Construction of the Szczecin Metropolitan Railway using existing sections of railway lines No. 406, 273, 351. for the project entitled "Construction of szczecin Metropolitan Railway using existing sections of railway lines No. 406, 273, 351", grant agreement no. POIS.05-02-00-00-0025/17-02.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: a model contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, the Functional and Utility Program with attachments constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ and the Table of Settlement Elements constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
