The subject of the order is the delivery of gastronomic and refrigeration equipment according to the assortment and quantitative statement contained in the tender form in accordance with Annex No 1 to SWZ. The contract in question is awarded in four parts, each of which is the subject of a separate award procedure, with case numbers: MAT/84/E/2021, MAT/84/P/2021, MAT/84/K/2021, MAT/84/I/2021 and covering a total of 18 parts. This procedure MAT/84/I/2021 covers three parts of the entire contract, including: Part 1, 2 and 3. The proposed provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ apply to all 18 parts of the entire contract awarded in parts.
