The subject of the service is, in particular, the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the building of the Faculty of Art of the Jagiellonian University in Kielce. The subject and scope of the service are described in the Essential provisions of the contract (Annex 4 to the OPW). The subject of the service will in particular consist in the development of Design and Cost Estimate Documentation to the extent necessary for the implementation of the Investment and resulting from the architectural concept presented by the contractor, acquisition and development of pre-design materials (m.in. the findings of the applicable local spatial development plan or decisions on building and land development conditions in the absence thereof, maps for design purposes, geotechnical documentation), interior design design, author's supervision and provision of other services related to the preparation and implementation of the Investment.The order includes the execution of a construction project.The total net area of the building may not exceed 7000m2.

The subject of the service will in particular consist in the development of Design and Cost Estimate Documentation to the extent necessary for the implementation of the Investment and resulting from the architectural concept presented by the contractor, acquisition and development of pre-design materials (m.in. the findings of the applicable local spatial development plan or decisions on building and land development conditions in the absence thereof, maps for design purposes, geotechnical documentation), interior design design, author's supervision and provision of other services related to the preparation and implementation of the Investment.The order includes the execution of a construction project containing: a plot or area development design, an architectural and construction design and a technical design for the didactic building of the Faculty of Arts of UJK, along with obtaining a final and final building permit on behalf of the contracting authority. The project must include a FIRE SCENARIO for the entire building. The construction project should be made on the basis of your own inventory and self-made map for design purposes, taking into account all construction equipment that may interfere with the newly designed object. The building will be located on the plot registration number 188/5 Obr.0012 in Kielce.The plot is included in the Local Spatial Development Plan. Building area: In Appendix 9, the Contracting Authority presented a list of rooms with their surfaces. Only rooms related to teaching and administrative needs are included in this compilation. The documentation must include all necessary other premises related to the functioning of the building (communications, sanitary rooms, technical rooms, etc.). The contracting authority introduces restrictions in the area of the designed building. The total net area of the building may not exceed 7000m2. Net building areas should be interpreted and calculated in accordance with the Polish standard PN-ISO 9836:2022-07 "Functional properties in construction - Determination and calculation of area and cubature indicators". The contracting authority requires that in the annexes to the offer in the graphic part, the areas of all rooms are marked on the projections of the building. The descriptive part should include a detailed list of all rooms with their surfaces, a summary list of the areas of individual floors and records showing the net area of the entire building. The documentation must be legible enough for the Ordering Party to be able to clearly determine the areas of individual rooms, floors and the area of the entire building. In unclear situations, the contractor will present the methodology of surface calculations (e.g. areas within storeys of different heights, partially closed areas, etc.). An offer that includes concepts for a building with an area exceeding the maximum net surface area will be rejected.
