the services consist of the maintenance of the natural areas of the CAMVS and of the various areas of the towpath, according to variable methods of differentiated management; These include: - for stabilised areas: thermal or mechanical weeding.- for grassy areas: mowing, mowing and mowing services, the terms of which will be adapted according to societal and ecological issues. Occasionally, there are stripping actions. - for hedges and trees: pruning for routine maintenance.- uprooting or mowing invasive plants (Asian knotweed, solidage, etc.). Pursuant to Article L. 2113-12 of the French Public Procurement Code, this lot is reserved for adapted companies, work-based assistance establishments and services or equivalent structures, when more than 50% of the workers concerned are disabled persons who, due to the nature or seriousness of their impairments, cannot carry out a professional activity under normal conditions

the services consist of the maintenance of vegetation on and around the public spaces of CAMVS and the member municipalities according to variable methods of differentiated management; These include: - for mineralised areas: manual, mechanical or thermal weeding; - for grassy areas: mowing, mowing or brush clearing services, the terms of which will be adapted to societal and ecological issues (differentiated management), including occasional pruning; - for planted areas (grasses, ground covers): weeding and routine maintenance; - for flower beds, hedges and trees: weeding and pruning for routine maintenance; - actions to combat invasive plants (Asian knotweed, solidage, etc.) in order to limit their development and/or the nuisance caused. The use of chemical weed killers is strictly prohibited. The Contractor shall only use manual or alternative techniques in all the areas concerned which are subject to the approval of the contracting authority

The services consist of the carrying out of silvicultural maintenance work in the areas managed by or belonging to the contracting authority. They are deemed to include:- the costs of tools and equipment, including the rental of machinery and vehicles.- The permanent cleaning of dirt caused by the site.- Labour costs including related charges, miscellaneous allowances, travel, basket costs, etc.- The protection of neighbouring installations.- Consideration of the requirements concerning safety on construction sites with regard to the personnel carrying out the work and the public

The services consist of the maintenance of the indoor landscaped areas in and in the immediate vicinity of the CAMVS buildings. These include:- houseplant maintenance, including cleaning and watering;- maintenance of watering systems. The maintenance services concerned by this lot are defined for the following four sites:- the silo car park in Aulnoye-Aymeries.- The "L'Aiguade" aquatic centre in Aulnoye-Aymeries.- The Eco centre in Maubeuge.- The Pôle des Cultures Actuelles in Aulnoye-Aymeries
