The subject of this invitation to tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement with several economic operators in accordance with Paragraph 21 of the VgV. Change ManagementTemporary employment in change management: The temporary workers in Lot 1 support the client in the following tasks:
- Control of the executing units and coordination with interfaces
- Authorization of changes in committees
- Status tracking and reporting
- Planning, convening and documentation of the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
- Creation, coordination and maintenance of the company calendar with regard to releases, projects and major changes
- Implementation of change reviews including the derivation of measures
- Support in the implementation of changes (coordination of work packages)
- Design, planning and monitoring of change management processes
- Planning and implementation of governance committees for change management with customers and providers
PatchmanagementTemporary employment in patch management: The temporary workers in Lot 2 support the client in the following tasks:
- Coordination with internal and external interfaces to define patch cycles for servers, etc., design, planning and monitoring of a central patch management process
- Creation of a comprehensive patch management planning, coordinated with change, release management and other interfaces, definition of provision of reports and statistics for patch management
- Planning and implementation of governance committees for patch management with customers and providers
Release Management ClientTemporary employment for Release Management Client: The temporary workers in Lot 3 support the client in the following tasks:
- Defines procedures for implementing changes via release Moderation of requirements on the customer side and transfer to the standardized solution design of the provider
- Coordinates packaging, build, test and roll-out to the production environment Client Release
- Advising change participants on scheduling and dependencies on client release releases
- Creation and maintenance of internal reporting templates for process control, creation and maintenance of management reports
- Implementation of release reviews with internal interfaces, customers and providers within the framework of the governance committees and derivation of measures

- Merging and standardization of individual existing strategies
- Conducting reviews and lessons-learned workshops
