The project provides for the construction of 60 housing units as part of the development of blocks 03, 04, 05, 06 of the Mousse subdivision in Dax.

The 60 housing units will be divided into several collective or individual buildings.

The program provides for the construction of 10 types II of 50 m 2 , 20 types III of 66 m 2 , 16 types IV of 76 and 78 m 2 and 4 type V of 86 m 2 .

The housing units will be located in accordance with the composition plan of the subdivision.

Individuals must have a garden of at least 50 m 2 and a 6 m terrace 2 and collective housing must have a balcony or loggia of at least 6 m 2 .

Each accommodation must have an interior cellar of 2 m 2 and a covered parking space.

The accommodation must be connected to the existing heating network of the Mousse subdivision.

The housing will have to have an NF Habitat label, will be in RT 2012 - 15% and each housing will have an energy label A.

The project management contract for this operation includes a basic mission (ESQ - APS - APD - PRO - ACT - VISA - DET - AOR) according to the MOP law with the following additional mission: OPC.

The project will be developed in BIM.

It is specified that no compensation will be allocated to candidates admitted to submit an offer.
