The Assignment relates to 'Bailiff Services Contractless'. Includes:

- The handling of bailiff cases Contractless within the Market Services, Turnover &

Grid loss for the Contractless & Energy Fraud team;

- The realization of the interface for the link between the required

information systems of Alliander and the Contractor for secure, automated

Exchange.

The maximum duration of the Assignment is 7 years. The expected effective date of the agreement is 4

December 2023. This is the date on which the final award is foreseen and the implementation of the

interface will start. The actual performance of services 'Bailiff services'

Contractless', starts 1 June 2024.

The bailiff services are used to terminate the contractlessness of connections in operation, if necessary through a judicial process, where it has not been successfully terminated after going through the internal processes of the Contractless & Energy Fraud team.

The expected number of files to be transferred in 2024 is 10,000; 10,000 by 2025; 5,000 by 2026; in 2027 and beyond 2,500. This expectation is based on a trend in which a decrease in contractless cases occurs due to initiatives in the sector such as Contractless Prevention. No rights can be derived from the aforementioned estimate for the future. It is no more and nothing less than an estimate. This means that there is a possibility that the aforementioned estimate will be higher or lower in practice.
