The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) is inviting tenders for a single party 4-year Framework Agreement for the provision of creative advertising services to the HSA.
There are a number of advertising campaigns across the year, some are planned in before year commencing, whilst others are more tactical and arise at short notice.
The scope of the framework is is to include strategic planning, creative development, and delivery of advertising campaigns to support the communication objectives of HSA.
The objective is to achieve effective campaigns that deliver return on investment. The HSA expects the successful tenderer to create impactful advertising campaigns that achieve the KPIs attached to each campaign alongside the overall annual communications plan.
