LOTTO Hamburg GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and conducts state lotteries on its behalf. In order to process the gaming transactions of the game participants, LOTTO Hamburg GmbH currently has around 400 LOTTO acceptance points (hereinafter referred to as "acceptance points"), which are distributed throughout the city of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. The number of collection points may vary due to the fluctuation among the operators of the acceptance points.

LOTTO Hamburg GmbH operates a service platform that is able to operate self-service terminals and marketing displays in the acceptance points. On the one hand, these are used for the purposes of B2B services for the acceptance point operators (electronic exchange of information via extranet with LOTTO Hamburg GmbH), and on the other hand as a service point, for ticket preparation, prize verification, information gathering and marketing support for end customers of LOTTO Hamburg GmbH.

In the summer of 2023, the necessary hardware modules, including any necessary software, and the services required in this context (collectively referred to as the "LOTTO Shop Program" project) are to be put out to tender in a product-neutral manner due to further technical developments. The rollout of the necessary hardware is scheduled for the end of May 2024.

Procurement includes the following supplies and services in two lots:

Lot 1:

• Delivery of 440 self-service terminals incl. integrated barcode scanners

• Delivery of 440 A4 B&W laser printers

• Delivery of 440 pieces of 32" digital signage displays ("furniture displays")

• Delivery of 230 pieces of 43" digital higher brightness signage displays ("jackpot displays")

• Delivery of kiosk software as an initial image (remote maintenance and hardening software) for the

Self-service terminals and jackpot displays to operate at least 670 clients, and

the provision of software maintenance for this purpose

• Preparation of documentation

• Provision of software maintenance and services

Lot 2:

• Execution of the rollout for approx. 400 acceptance points

• Provision of services for approx. 400 collection points

• Provision of installation and dismantling services
