Extension of existing Project Manager Services and provision of NEC 4 Project Manager services – Ardrossan Campus

Due to the delays in the procurement of the remediation and advanced works contract this has had a knock-on effect on the Campus appointments. We have previously applied a contract modification to the existing contract but due to the delays we are now in a position where the proposed costs exceed the procurement limit.

In order to maintain project continuity, we are reappointing AtkinsRéalis PPS Limited (formerly Faithful+Gould) for the extension due to the prolongation and the change to the NEC 4 form of contract for the main construction contract which places additional burdens on the project manager role to that originally specified.
