Description:

Viridian Housing sought tenders from suitable providers for cleaning services at our NHS Key-worker accommodation sites and student halls of residence at the following locations.

Lot 1: The Square, (North Hampshire Hospital), Basingstoke (Estimated current budget 110 700 GBP).

Lot 2: St Peters Hospital, Chertsey, Surrey (Estimated current budget 123 866 GBP).

Lot 3: 237 Servite House, (nr Luton and Dunstable Hospital), Luton (Estimated current budget 110 700 GBP).

Lot 4: Lucia Foster Welch Halls, Southampton (Estimated current budget 247 490 GBP).

Lot 5: Welkin Halls of residence, Eastbourne (Estimated current budget 102 715 GBP).

The total contract value of all 5 lots is in approximately 3 477 355 GBP over the whole life of the contract.

The contract will start on 1.2.2016 and initially run to 31.10.2019 with an option to extend for a further 2 years..
