The supply of ICT hardware in the form of Apple hardware and accessories with associated warranty and services for AT Schools.
Service is understood to mean:
- Macbooks: engraving the device and adapter with logo and / or unique number,
- Macbooks: stickers with user's name and location on the (white) box,
- all Apple devices: recording hardware in DEP / Apple School Manager,
- all Apple hardware: delivery to the location desired by the client,
- all Apple devices: a digital overview per order with the specifications per product.
AT schools is authorized by Apple for the repair of Apple products through its own Apple repair center, as a branch of Microfix. The repair process of Macbooks is done through its own Apple repair center, but there is the option to outsource repairs to an independent party if AT Schools wishes.
The contract is expected to be around 1 000 Apple devices (mainly MacBooks) annually. In addition, Apple accessories included on the Apple.nl website are also part of the assignment. No rights can be derived from the stated numbers.
