The tender concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of district heating units with plate heat exchanger for heating radiator/underfloor heating and for the production of domestic hot water (villa installation) for I/S Vestforbrænding with an expected lifetime of 15 years. District heating units are supplied with a warranty period of 5 years, for this the Supplier provides a guarantee against corrosion of the district heating unit's domestic hot water part and heating boiler for 15 years.

The tender concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of district heating units with plate heat exchanger for heating radiator/underfloor heating and for the production of domestic hot water (villa installation) for I/S Vestforbrænding with an expected lifetime of 15 years. District heating units are supplied with a warranty period of 5 years, for this the Supplier provides a guarantee against corrosion of the district heating unit's domestic hot water part and heating boiler for 15 years. The supplier undertakes to be able to procure spare parts for supplied district heating units for up to 15 years after the actual date of acquisition.

Requirements for the district heating unit are stated in the tender documents.

The framework agreement is awarded to one supplier.

The framework agreement is not exclusive and thus does not limit the Purchaser's possibilities for trade with other suppliers.

The contracting entity undertakes to purchase a minimum of 2,000 district heating units during the entire term of the framework agreement (including options for extension). In addition, the contracting entity is not obliged to purchase a specific quantity during the contract period.
