The subject of the contract includes the provision of comprehensive technical service for the Aquapark Tarnowskie Termy building together with the boiler room building and land development elements, roads and parking lots as well as accompanying infrastructure.

Place of performance of services: Tarnowskie Termy Sp. z o. o. in Tarnów Podgórny ul. New 54.

1) The subject of the contract includes the provision of comprehensive technical service for the Aquapark Tarnowskie Termy building together with the boiler room building and land development elements, roads and parking lots as well as accompanying infrastructure.

2) The Contractor is responsible for the maintenance of all systems, technical and operational devices and installations located in the Aquapark together with the gas boiler and cogeneration and external networks.

The contractor is obliged in particular to:

a) performing the subject of the contract for a period of 36 months, counting from the date of the contract, continuously - daily for 24 hours - from Monday to Sunday,

b) coordinating all processes of servicing equipment in the facility,

c) cooperation with the so-called the Employer's services, in particular the cleaning service, as well as with any other entities providing permanent services at the Employer's facility,

d) performing all technological processes - necessary for the current and proper functioning of the facility,

e) preparation of a plan and procedures determining the manner and procedure in the event of a failure and submission to the Employer for approval,

f) informing the Ordering Party about occurring or potential failures, damages and other events related to installations and devices and undertaking immediate and independent actions in urgent cases to protect the Ordering Party against damages or threats of Aquapark users, i.e. taking actions anticipating the possibility of defects or failure

g) preparation of fault reports specifying any damage, damage, failure and defect arising during the work of the Contractor,

h) drawing up lists, plans, schedules and all other documents related to the implementation of the subject of the contract.
