The acquisition of a biochemistry and immunoanalysis machine, the supply of reagents, consumables / controls / calibrators and the performance of associated services including in particular preventive and corrective maintenance and training on the use and maintenance of equipment.

The services are divided into a fixed part (a firm part and option n ° 1) and an estimated part (with option n ° 2):

1.3.1) fixed and firm phase:

- phase 1: supply of equipment;

- phase 2: installation, qualification of the equipment, aid in the validation of methods according to SH FORM 43 and training of LBM staff;

- phase 3: preventive / corrective maintenance of the PLC and middleware and telephone assistance for a period of 36 months from receipt of the equipment;

1.3.2) option:

- option 1: extension of one (1) additional year of preventive / corrective maintenance of the PLC and middleware at the end of phase 3;

1.3.3) estimated remunerated part on price schedule:

The estimated part relates to the supply of reagents, consumables, controls, calibrators on price lists throughout the duration of the contract (36 months) from receipt of the equipment. This period may be extended to 48 months in the event of the exercise of the following option 2:

- option 2: extension of one (1) additional year of the supply of reagents, consumables, controls, calibrators on price lists at the end of phase 3.
