1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of furniture equipment to the new Customs Branch in Przemyśl and its transport, assembly and arrangement in the rooms indicated by the persons designated to perform the contract
Delivery and installation of furniture equipment1. By delivery, the Ordering Party shall understand the delivery of the subject of the contract together with all elements necessary for their proper functioning resulting from the assembly method used by the Contractor. 2. By assembly, the Ordering Party shall understand the proper assembly, spacing of the delivered subject of the contract, leveling of individual elements of the equipment of the subject of the contract guaranteeing their full functionality and removal of packaging, in accordance with the rules of art and accepted standards. 3. Delivery, unloading and assembly of the subject of the order may be carried out by the Contractor 5 days a week, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00. 4. Delivery and assembly of furniture equipment in accordance with the Detailed description of the subject of the contract for part I constituting Annex No. 1 / I to the SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that the scope of the contract for this part includes: 4.1. 11 pieces of desks I, 4.2. 125 pieces of desks II, where the material scope consists of the basic order and the order covered by the option right, i.e.: a) 75 pcs. – basic order (obligatory delivery), b) not more than 50 pcs. – option (optional delivery); 4.3. 160 pieces of office cabinets, where the material scope consists of a basic order and an order covered by the option right, i.e.: a) 90 pcs. – basic order (obligatory delivery), b) not more than 70 pcs. – option (optional delivery); 4.4. 3 pieces of office cabinets with a display case, 4.5. 10 pieces of wardrobes, where the material scope consists of a basic order and an order covered by the option right, i.e.: a) 5 pcs. – basic order (obligatory delivery), b) not more than 5 pcs. – option (optional delivery); 4.6. 17 pieces of tables, 4.7. 3 pieces of office tables, 4.8. 1 piece of reception desk, 4.9. 12 pieces of conference tables, where the material scope consists of a basic order and an order covered by the option right, i.e.: a) 6 pcs. – basic order (obligatory delivery), b) not more than 6 pcs. – option (optional delivery); 4.10. 30 hanging hangers, where the material scope consists of a basic order and an order covered by the option right, i.e.: a) 15 pcs. – basic order (obligatory delivery), b) not more than 15 pcs. – option (optional delivery); 4.11. 6 freestanding hangers, 4.12. 4 extra beds for conference tables 5. The furniture delivered by the Contractor must be brand new, free from any physical and legal defects, cannot bear signs of use and be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, as well as manufactured not earlier than in 2022. 6. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must have parameters not worse than those presented in the description of the subject of the contract. 7. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide a guarantee for the delivered subject of the contract for a minimum period of 24 months. 8. The warranty period runs from the date of trouble-free signing of the Acceptance Protocol. Detailed terms of the guarantee are specified in § 4 of the proposed provisions of the agreement, constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ. 9. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract by its own transport and at its expense.

By delivery, the Ordering Party shall understand the delivery of the subject of the contract together with all elements necessary for their proper functioning resulting from the assembly method used by the Contractor.2. By assembly, the Ordering Party understands the proper assembly, spacing of the delivered subject of the contract, leveling of individual elements of the equipment of the subject of the contract guaranteeing their full functionality and removal of packaging, in accordance with the principles of art and accepted standards. 3. Delivery, unloading and assembly of office furniture may be carried out by the Contractor 5 days a week, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00. 4. Delivery and assembly of swivel chairs and chairs in accordance with the Detailed description of the subject of the contract for part II constituting Annex 1/II to the SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that the scope of the contract for this part includes: 4.1. 110 pieces of office chairs, where the material scope consists of the basic order and the order covered by the option right, i.e.: a) 75 pcs. – basic order (obligatory delivery), b) not more than 35 pcs. – option (optional delivery); 4.2. 20 pieces of ergonomic swivel chairs, where the material scope consists of a basic order and an order covered by the option right, i.e.: a) 10 pcs. – basic order (obligatory delivery), b) not more than 10 pcs. – option (optional delivery);4.3. 6 pieces of managerial swivel chairs, where the material scope consists of the basic order and the order covered by the option right, i.e.: a) 3 pcs. – basic order (obligatory delivery), b) not more than 3 pcs. – option (optional delivery);4.4. 82 pieces of upholstered chairs, where the material scope consists of a basic order and an order covered by the option right, i.e.: a) 41 pcs. – basic order (obligatory delivery), b) not more than 41 pcs. – option (optional delivery);4.5. 32 pieces of conference chairs.5.
