Conversion of the existing area built in 1996, with several buildings, different functions. The complex is to be brought up to date in the technical areas, fire protection and occupational health and safety law.
The conversion will take place during ongoing operations, building by building. The focus of the work is on 4 detention buildings, which will be completely rebuilt step by step per building.
For the building construction task part, it is planned to award tenders, awards, construction management and billing. The services Lph 1 - 3 are provided in-house.
11 existing buildings, 1-3 storeys, NUF total: approx. 14,260 m², BRI total: approx. 90,360 m³. Construction costs (KG 300 + 400) amount to approx. € 19,250,000 gross, of which KG 300 accounts for approx. € 4,590,000 and KG 400 approx. € 14,660,000.
The execution of the conversion was started with the first small measures. The project is to be launched immediately after the order has been placed.
A construction schedule is enclosed with the documents. It is planned to complete the work by March 2027.
