The ministry is responsible for income policies including knowledge on wage creation. The assignment shall provide knowledge on the connection between contract form and wage growth and wage dispersion in Norway. The delivery shall include one or several reports written in Norwegian. Part of the project will be to present the report to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and possibly to the Technical Calculations Committee for income settlements.
