The single-supplier framework agreement aims to define the conditions for the supply of natural gas to the members of the Energy Liguria Consortium. The framework agreement does not directly lead to obligations on the part of the shareholders, but only the right for them to conclude supply contracts with the contractor, by means of special orders, supply contracts at predefined conditions, within the time of validity of the framework agreement and within the limit of maximum expected quantity.

The contract concerns the supply of natural gas on the free market pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 164/2000 and subsequent amendments, for a period of 24 months with a presumed departure on 1.4.2019, to the withdrawal points in the ownership of the members of the Energy Liguria Consortium. The maximum volume of supplies that can be ordered under the framework agreement amounts to 16 000 000 cubic meters in total for the two-year period covered by the framework agreement.

Participation will be allowed to subjects in possession of the following requirements:

a) absence of the causes of exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

b) Registration for activities related to the object of the tender to the Business Register or in one of the professional or commercial registers of the State of residence if it is an EU State, in accordance with the provisions of art. 83, paragraph 3, Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

c) Registration in the list of entities authorized to sell natural gas to final customers, pursuant to Article 17, paragraphs 1 and 5, of Legislative Decree 23.5.2000, n. 164;

d) supply of similar gas supplies, with no less than 60 delivery points (PDR), in the years 2015–2016–2017, for no less than a total of EUR 6 000 000;

e) execution of at least one of the supplies under letter. d) of an amount not less than EUR 2 000 000 in total within the indicated three-year period;

f) possession of quality certification, in accordance with the UNI EN ISO standards of the 9000 series, issued by recognized accredited bodies, for activities corresponding to those covered by the contract.
