Apex has appointed suitably qualified Design Teams for appointment to a Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of 4 years. The successful Design Teams may be required to provide services for works to dwellings owned by NI Housing Associations, details of which can be found at http://www.nidirect.gov.uk/index/contacts/contacts-az.htm/housing-associations-contact

The services may include, where appropriate, planning, design, procurement and/or contract administration/project management.

The successful Design Teams will be required to include the following disciplines:

— Architect or Building Surveyor (must act as Lead Consultant);

— Quantity Surveyor;

— Mechanical and Electrical Engineer;

— Civil and Structural Engineer;

— CDM Co-ordinator.

The Services covered by the Procurement have been sub-divided into 2 geographical Lots as follows:

Lot 1 — Antrim (including Belfast/Down/Armagh);

Lot 2 — Derry/Tyrone/Fermanagh.

The successful Design Teams may be required to provide the services by way of agreed Work Packages. Work Packages will vary in size, may involve 1 or more dwellings and may also vary in terms of the particular elements of services required.
