The Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir) is a complex business with several directing lines and main functions: professional consultancy, an implementer of adopted policy, administration of law and regulations, as well as the function as a division director for the Office for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufetat). The contracting authority is working systematically with the development of different directing portfolios.

The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement with 3-5 providers with good competence in relation to the contracting authority's special fields and public administration, as well as being able to undertake assignments during the framework agreement period.
