The purpose of this call for tenders is to renew the provision of actuarial advice intended to support the EDF group in the valuation and recognition of IAS 19 and the optimization of retirement and employee benefit programs around the world.

The scope concerned is as follows: EDF SA, Enedis and PEI as well as Framatome, Groupe Électricité de Strasbourg and G2S under the stipulation for others.

Using an actuarial service provider should enable EDF and its subsidiaries to assess and record its retirement and employee benefit programs.

The total number of employees affected by the services is around 119,100 for the EDF Group global scope. This number is given as an indication.
