The subject of the contract is the service of creating and running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the municipality of Luzino.

The establishment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK", should be located in the municipality of Luzino, on a property with an area of at least 3000 m², for which the Contractor has the right to dispose of the property; - as part of running PSZOK, the Contractor is obliged to run a Hazardous Waste Collection Point (PZON).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope and quality requirements, relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract, are specified in Annex 9 to the SWZ entitled: Detailed requirements for Contractors.
