Project planning for outdoor facilities according to § 39 HOAI, LPH 1-9 and special services, gradual commissioning.
The city of Lauenburg / Elbe is planning to convert and expand the vineyard school to adapt the building complex to increasing numbers of pupils and to restructure it for a modern educational teaching concept.
The planning area includes the existing school complex Weingarten 10 to 12 (parcel 5/45) plus the plot of land Weingarten 14 to 16 (parcel 5/19) in 21481 Lauenburg / Elbe, which is located on the street and connects to the northwest and is currently built on with an apartment building. The plots have a total area of approximately 8,500 m
The construction work takes place during operation. An alternative location will be created for a limited number of classrooms.
The building complex of the primary school, which has been expanded several times, consists of 6 building sections / wings A to F (see attachment, site plan and information document "Description of measures"). Only wings A and B are converted and an extension is built.
The school yard in the southern area (south of "Building D") consists of a play area designed with trees and sand areas as well as various, mostly asphalted partial areas that are to be renewed or redesigned with paving.
The middle schoolyard between "component D and E" is trough-shaped, serves, among other things, for rainwater drainage and remains almost unaffected by construction measures. The connections to the other game areas must be redesigned.
The rest of the outer areas cover the entire northern area around "component E" as well as the area of parcel 5/19 and will be completely redesigned.
In total there are approx. 4 500 m
A feel for the development of a modern design in interaction with the existing historical and modern building structure is required for the design of the new, modern school site and can be demonstrated on the basis of experience.
For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which cover the service profile of object planning for outdoor facilities and have implemented similar measures in the past.
The service phases 1-9 should be processed in the service profile according to § 39 HOAI. The assignment will take place in stages.
The following procedure is carried out:
In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.
In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.
Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
The costs of the KG 200-700 were with a volume of max. Estimated gross EUR 13 300 000. According to the preliminary cost estimate, the costs for the KG 500 amount to approximately EUR 668,000. The above gross construction cost ceiling of EUR 668,000 is to be understood as a value on which the design must be based in all project stages and which must be checked for its feasibility in the preliminary design.
