The subject of the contract is the delivery of coal fines in the amount of up to 1500 tons to the SEC hospital boiler room with the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery to the Hospital Boiler Room of coal fines II A 23D in the amount of up to 1500 tons, transport at the expense and risk of the contractor ensuring proper protection against external factors.

Purchased coal will be used for excise duty exempt pursuant to Article 31a (1) point 3 of the Act of 6 December 2008 on excise duty (OJ. 2021.722t.j.)

Had carbon must be characterized by the following parameters:

a. calorific value min. 23000 kJ/kg

b. Granulation (grain) — up to 15 mm - max. 15%

c. ash content (non-combustible parts) max. 18%

d. sulfur content max. — up to 0,8%

e. humidity - 12%
