The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services by substitute bus transport launched for non-running trains in connection with the introduction by the Railway Infrastructure Manager PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Infrastructure Manager") of a restriction on the movement of trains on the section: Oświęcim - Czechowice Dziedzice - Oświęcim, Jordanów - Chabówka - Rabka Zdrój - Zakopane - Jordanów.
