A multi-lot, multi-supplier framework for cleaning and associated services. 2 Lots (Cornwall West and Cornwall Central and East) specifically for DCH Group from which it will direct award. Remaining Lots are for other Advantage SW Members with properties in Cornwall. These Member will run mini-tenders. We are running an Open procedure to enable maximum participation from SMEs. 4 year framework. DCH will award contracts of up to 36 months. The estimated value provided is a maximum headroom figure as other Advantage SW Members have existing contracts in place and are not mandated to access this framework. Tenders may be submitted for 1 Lot, all Lots or any combination of Lots.
