Service in the field of physical protection of persons and property carried out by SUFO in military complexes in Grudziądz, Jamy and Brodnica - spr. 28/2023
►THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT is the provision of round-the-clock services for the Ordering Party of persons, areas, facilities and equipment as well as property with the use of security personnel holding "qualified physical security guard cards", consisting of security commanders, mobile and permanent armed posts, service of pass offices, janitors, porters and the Intervention Group, in accordance with specification of the terms of the contract in NW. military complexes supplying the 13th Military Economic Branch:
1) Grudziądz:
• complex no. 1442 at 52 and 48A Legionów Street;
• complex no. 1451/W at Saperów Street (n/Wisłą);
• complex no. 1444 at 16 Bema Street;
• complex no. 1445 at 11-23 Jagiełły Street;
• complex no. 1446 at 2 Jagiellończyka Street;
• complex no. 439 at 8 Mieszko I Street;
• complex no. 439 at 10 Dąbrówki Street;
2) Cavities:
• complex 1278;
3) Brodnica:
• complex no. 5812 at 4 Królowej Jadwigi Street.
Details of the description of the subject of the contract constituting "Lists of posts with requirements for security staffing and term of protection" specified in the contract documentation are subject to restrictions on public access to public information as to the content contained therein in connection with the provisions on the protection of classified information and the protection of other secrets protected by law.
►The contractor should have 142 qualified physical protection employees, ensuring the continuity of the contract despite holidays or sick leave while maintaining applicable regulations, able to perform the profession / for 13WOG - 78 people; CSLog- 24 persons; 8KPBOT- 24 persons; Gardeja squad - 16 people, equipped:
- for armed posts and commanders:
handguns (pistol or centerfire revolver with a caliber from 6 to 12 mm - for the security commander) together with the required fire unit / long firearms with a caliber of 6 to 12 mm together with the required fire unit;
spall liner;
a bulletproof vest;
tactical vest;
gas mask (with combined filter having the current date of use);
a baton (including a handle) - excluding training equipment;
handcuffs made of steel that does not have a toxic/irritating effect on the human body, without galvanic coatings (nickel, zinc), in accordance with EU Directive 761769/EEC-941271EEC; having a two-ratchet locking system and a lock locking the sprocket. In addition, they meet the strength requirements for the application of static force in accordance with PN-EN 1008-1 for stainless steels

flashlight;
hand-held thrower of incapacitating substances (with the current date of use);
panic alarm – remote control;
personal dressing (with current date of use), hermetically packed;
uniform uniforms (in accordance with the template developed by the Contractor);
identifiers;
wireless means of communication with the Intervention Group and the contractor's representative.

ID card of a person admitted to possess weapons;
certificate of entry on the list of qualified security personnel;
the identity card of a qualified physical security worker;
a security clearance with at least a "RESTRICTED" or authorization allowing access to information classified "RESTRICTED";
a recent medical examination confirming physical and mental fitness to perform protection tasks;
a current certificate of training in the protection of classified information issued on the basis of the Act on the protection of classified information.
►The contractor should have 33 qualified physical protection employees ensuring the continuity of the contract despite holidays or sick leave in compliance with applicable regulations, able to perform the profession / for 13WOG 12 people, WCR Gr-dz-3 people; CSLog -9 persons; WCR Br-ca- 3 persons; 8KPBOT- 6 persons / equipped:
- for porters, janitors:
anti-spall helmet;
a bulletproof vest;
tactical vest;
gas mask (with combined filter having the current date of use);
a service baton with a handle – (excluding training equipment);
handcuffs made of steel that does not have a toxic/irritating effect on the human body, without galvanic coatings (nickel, zinc), in accordance with EU Directive 761769/EEC-941271EEC; having a two-ratchet locking system and a lock locking the sprocket. a current certificate of training in the protection of classified information issued on the basis of the Act on the protection of classified information.
► The Contractor should have an Intervention Group (GI) moving a marked vehicle (Contractor's/Subcontractor's Logo), equipped with a device enabling vehicle location (GPS), the printout of which shall be made available by the Contractor at the written request of the Contracting Authority in the case of data verification. The GI shall be composed of at least two qualified physical security personnel.

► Time of arrival of GI: in Grudziądz in facilities where the composition of the watchful shift can not be created Intervention Patrol or intervention is necessary outside the object of locating the shift watching, access to GI up to 10 minutes from the moment of receiving the signal. In other cases, the travel time of GI is up to 15 min. from the moment the signal is received; for the Warehouse in Jamy the travel time of GI is set up to 30 minutes. from the moment the signal is received; for WCR in Brodnica, the Contracting Authority does not provide for activities for GI.
