Locksmith work for gratings and stairs

GWG Ingolstadt is carrying out the construction of a new residential complex with a day care center on Stargarder Strasse, consisting of 5 houses, including 2 high-rise buildings with 12 and 18 upper floors respectively, and a large underground garage. The master builder work has been in progress since August the year before last, and the execution of facade and finishing works will begin in 2022.

Number of apartments 161 (plus day care with 4 groups)

BRI total approx. 75,000 m3 of which underground car park approx. 11,000 m3

GFA total approx. 24,000 m2, of which underground parking approx. 3,500m2

Building heights of approx. 13 m to 55 m above OK grounds (ancillary facilities up to approx. 4 m)

The following services are to be offered for the construction project:

Production, supply and installation of grating covers made of pressed gratings of different dimensions on light and ventilation shafts, partly with UK made of steel profiles, all parts hot-dip galvanized, total approx. 125 m²

Production, delivery and installation of 4 grating stairs with flat steel cheeks made of hot-dip galvanized steel, width 1.00 – 1.50m, 2 x with 5 pcs., approx. 17 / 29, 2 x with 10 pcs., 18.5 / 27

Manufacture Delivery and assembly of various doors B 0.90 – 1.25m, H up to 2.50m, installation in passages / escape routes / TG, with grating or perforated sheet metal filling and panels, partly UK made of profile steel, all parts hot-dip galvanized, a total of 7 pieces

Inspection flaps made of stainless steel, for installation in brick curtain wall, 0.32 x 0.32m, total 20 pieces

Delivery / installation smoke protection sliding door with slip door in the TG, tight-closing, powder-coated, with steel substructure for opening 5.25 x 3.00m, 1 piece
