The ordering party requires a minimum of 36 months' warranty.

1. (b) in addition, the scope of work shall include:
- finishing works

The scope of work and the Contractor's responsibility in the scope covered by the proposed offer price also includes:
a. organization, development and maintenance of construction facilities, preparatory and cleaning works;
b. marking and securing the construction site in accordance with health and safety and applicable regulations;
c. the costs of any notification and establishment of supervision of the works carried out by the relevant network owners in accordance with industry arrangements;
d. making a possible notification, organizing and carrying out the necessary acceptances;
e. incurring costs related to the consumption of water and electricity for construction;
f. ensuring proper order and order on the construction site, compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining the construction site in a state free from communication obstacles;
g. ensuring and incurring costs related to the disposal and storage of waste generated during the implementation of the subject of the contract;
h. after completion of the works, tidying up the area no later than the date of receipt of the subject of the contract;
i. liability for any damage and loss that will be caused during the work on the implementation of the task from the date of their commencement to the date of final acceptance;
j. export of wood and carp from the felling of trees and rubble and materials from demolition works, excess soil from excavations. Therefore, the Contractor's offer should include all costs related to it (including the costs of waste disposal). k. Execution of tests and tests in accordance with the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works;
l. Providing geodetic and geological services to the extent necessary to perform the investment, i.e. ongoing service during the implementation of the investment and preparation of as-built geodetic documentation with the application of results to geodetic resources;

In addition to the above-mentioned scope, the Contractor is obliged to:
(a) the provision of industry managers in the performance of the task;
b) commissioning specialist units to supervise the existing utilities in the places of collisions and approaches and to perform possible additional safeguards recommended by the owners or users of the armament issued in the arrangements and during the works.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:
a. Design Documentation.
b. Bills of quantities.
c. Technical Specifications of Execution and Acceptance of Works. The materials (products) to be incorporated should be brand new and correspond to the quality of the products authorised for marketing, the use in the technical specification and the acceptance of works. All materials used must have appropriate and required approvals and technical approvals allowing them to be used in construction. Construction works should be carried out in accordance with the design documentation.
