1. The subject of the contract is: purchase and delivery of reagents and lease of analyzers for general analysis for medical entities of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship listed in Chapter I of the SWZ. Deliveries of the subject of the order will take place to the locations indicated in Annex 4.SOPZ to SWZ.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is included in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
3. The Contracting Authority informs that before initiating the procedure, it conducted preliminary market consultations in accordance with Article 84 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public procurement law. Materials concerning the preliminary market consultations are attached as Annex 9 to the SWZ.
Task No. 1. Purchase and delivery of reagents for the test: urine general examination with assessment of urine elements/sediment along with lease of automatic analyzers.A detailed description of the object of the order (SOPZ) shall include Annex No 4 to the SWZ, which shall consist of the following annexes:
