As part of this call for tenders, framework agreements for the purchase of passenger cars of the entire cantonal administration are tendered. The framework agreements are intended to regulate the terms for vehicle purchase and the associated redemption conditions over the next 5 years. The various vehicle categories are advertised in 6 lots (product groups). The goal is optimal conditions (based on TCO), reduction of emissions from the vehicle fleet and easy acquisition of vehicles. The entire volume is to be distributed among 2-4 brand importers. In addition, the call for tenders includes an option to extend a framework contract by 1 year.
