The supply, installation and commissioning of MS4 Urban variable message signs capable of displaying dual colour with the capability of providing flashing lamps when displaying regulatory and safety messages. The signs will be connected via the 3G network to the Council's data viewer located at their UTMC Control Room.

The Contract will include the supply, installation and commissioning of eleven new 160mm character height UTMC compliant Urban MS4 variable message signs and the relocation of 4 existing variable message signs which have a 100mm character height in the Leeds district.

Tenderers must demonstrate capability and experience of supplying, installing and commissioning Urban MS4 signs with UTMC compliant software which is fit for purpose. References are required.
