DPS TARGET

This announcement establishes a dynamic procurement system.

This dynamic procurement system (DPS) includes equipment for the treatment of ophthalmology by HUS and other accompanying contracting entities, other equipment necessary for the measures, equipment linked supplies, maintenance services and, where appropriate, other equipment related services, such as for example, training and trade warehousing services. The object of the acquisition is defined in Annex 1 to the request for participation.

The equipment, supplies and services to be acquired are defined in more detail in each of the internal competition of the dynamic procurement system.

DPS DURATION

The duration of the DPS is from 1 March 2022 to 28 February 2026.

The acquisition phase of DPS will begin after the establishment phase on April 4, 2022. DPS Acquisition Phase Ends at DPS Expiry on 28 February 2026

Applications for participation in DPS may be lodged throughout its duration. All candidates that meet suitability requirements are included in the DPS.

DPS INTERNAL COMPETITIVALS

Actual procurement is made through internal competition from DPS. Equipment, equipment related supplies and services and their more specific minimum requirements are described in the DPS 'internal competitors' calls for tenders.

A contract awarded on the basis of internal competition may continue in a fixed term or indefinite period even after the expiration of the dynamic procurement system.
