The subject of the order is “Receiving, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Radomyśl Wielki” (the area of the whole Municipality of Radomyśl Wielki is one sector).

1) The subject of the contract must be executed in a manner that ensures that appropriate recycling levels are achieved, preparation of waste for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage.

2. The management of the collected municipal waste must comply with the waste management hierarchy set out in Article 4 (1) of the EU Framework Directive on Waste 2008/98/EC.

3) The Contractor is obliged to receive and manage municipal waste generated on properties where residents reside and on properties where residents do not reside and municipal waste is created under the rules of maintenance Purity and order in the municipality Radomyśl Wielki - Resolution No. XV/119/19 of 23 December 2019r. Municipal Council in Radomyśl Wielki.
