1. The subject of the contract are services entitled: Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia and collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point for the Commune of Dąbrowa Biskupia. 2. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive provision of services: Collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia and collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point for the Municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia, including: 1) collection and management of municipal waste segregated and non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the area of the municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia 2) equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Dąbrowa Biskupia, hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK", with containers and containers 3) receiving a telephone notification from the Commune Office of Dąbrowa Biskupia, within the time limit specified in the Contractor's offer, within a maximum of 7 working days and transferring municipal waste from PSZOK in Dąbrowa Biskupia to management, 4) documenting the implementation of the subject of the contract by means of reports (reports), documentation kept at BDO, waste transfer cards, recycling or recovery cards, waste safety data sheets, etc. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 1 and 1a to the SWZ and the draft contract Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ.
